Based on the Max plan at $69.99 a month, monthly billing. First payments are 50% of what the customer pays after their discount. Renewals start at 25%, rise to 30% once you have 10 active referrals and 35% at 30 — so the three rows above earn 25%, 30% and 35%. Year one assumes those referrals stay subscribed for the whole twelve months, and they will not all do that. It stops when people cancel, which is why the program rewards sending the right people rather than the most people.
On annual plans the customer pays for the year up front, and that single payment earns your ordinary rate rather than the first-payment rate. It is one commission, with no renewals behind it. It is also larger and it all lands at once: a referral on Max Annual earns you $134.38 from that single payment, where the same customer on monthly earns $28.00 up front and the rest only for as long as they stay. Both still clear the 30 day hold before they become payable.

You get a code
Something people can say out loud, not just click. It works typed at checkout as well as through your link, which matters because most people who hear about you do not tap straight away.
You post, in your own voice
Your audience follows you, not us, so make it the way you always do. There is a kit of images and copy if you want a starting point, and you are welcome to ignore it. Two rules only: mark it as an ad, which the law requires, and stick to what HEATCOACH actually does rather than inventing results for it.
You get paid on the 5th
Commission clears a 30 day hold, the same for every partner. Paid by bank transfer once you pass your minimum, which starts at $100 and you can move to $50 or $250. Anything still waiting after six months is paid anyway, whatever your minimum. A threshold delays a payment here, it never cancels one.
What you can see
Your dashboard shows every payment a referral has made, the rate applied to it, and what you earned, so you can check our arithmetic rather than take it on faith.
What it does not show is who those customers are. Data protection law gives us no basis to pass one business customer's personal details to another business, so instead each referral gets a stable reference like HC-A47F1C. You can follow that one over time and query it with us by name. The same rule is what keeps your details ours to look after too.
